Waypoint Harbor was founded by Colleen Wolfe, a product and operational strategy leader with experience navigating  organizations through complex decisions across technology, platforms, customer operations, and emerging markets.

Over the course of her career, Colleen has worked with established industry leaders and rapidly evolving growth‑stage organizations alike. She helps teams clarify ambiguity, align operational realities with strategic goals, and make more informed decisions changing conditions.

Her experience spans product strategy, operational design, platform enablement, customer onboarding, and cross-functional leadership across industries including technology, mobility, cybersecurity, data integration, and standards-based platforms.

Rather than relying on rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all methodologies, Colleen’s approach is grounded in observation, operational understanding, and practical decision-making. She believes organizations often already contain the signals needed to make better decisions, but those signals are frequently obscured by complexity, misalignment, or rapidly changing conditions.

Inspired by the principles of navigation and systems thinking, Waypoint Harbor was created to help organizations better understand where they are, what conditions exist around them, and how to chart a sustainable course forward.

Outside of her professional work, Colleen is an avid sailor, kayaker, and outdoor enthusiast. She has participated in both recreational and competitive sailing, including racing at Pymatuning Yacht Club and in international sailing competitions.

Her experiences on the water, where conditions can shift quickly and success depends on observation, adaptability, and sound decision-making, directly influenced the philosophy behind Waypoint Harbor.

Colleen has been married for 15 years and enjoys camping, bicycling, walking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her family and dog.
